A disorder that can cause psychological and behavioral disturbances with varying severities. It can impair your ability to think, feel, or interact with others. There are many mental health disorders. Some examples are:
Mood Disorder (Depression)
it is a form of a mental disorder and is very common. It causes the sufferer to feel depressed, sad, hopeless, etc. for a length of time that can range from weeks to years. There are many types of depression such as postpartum depression and Seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
There isn’t one single cause of depression but it is believed to be caused by a combination of factors. Some of these factors are thought to include:
•Chemical imbalances in the brain
•Family history or genetics
•Hormonal problems. This includes low thyroid levels, PMS, and menopause.

Kleptomania
It is a mental disorder. It causes the sufferer to feel an overwhelming desire to steal things they do not need. They often are stealing things that have little or no value, but there are cases where people with kleptomania will steal objects that belong to other people (such as money or jewelry).
Seasonal affective disorder (SAD)
it is a form of depression. It causes the sufferer to feel depressed during particular times of the year, most commonly winter months.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
It is a mental disorder caused by the sufferer having lived through or witnessed an extremely traumatic event. It causes them to re-live the events of that day, over and over again. They may also be having nightmares about it and/or experience anxiety or mood swings.
