Ingredients:

● 125 gm of dried carrot

● 1/2 teaspoon of virgin olive oil (Del Monte, Figaro olive oil, etc..)

● salt

● 2 basil leaves

● 2 tablespoon of parsley

● 1/2 smaller pieces of onion

● 1/2 piece of ginger puree

● 500 ml water

● 1 finely ground of black pepper

● 2 tablespoon of lemon juice

Garnishes:

● 1/4 teaspoon spice of oregano

● 2 tablespoon fresh cream or any other evaporated milk

Procedures:

Set your oven at 200 degrees Celsius and put an olive oil in a baking pan. Put the carrot and onion in a baking pan. Put down the veggies with spices through black pepper and oregano with salt and roast it for about 30 minutes.

Place the roasted carrot and onion in a cooking pot. Add water and boil it for 10-15 minutes. Make a creamy substance and transfer the soup in a bowl and garnish it with parsley and keep your soup to serve it hot.
