Scrambled eggs are very easy to make. You can serve this delicious breakfast any time of the day. It is an ideal healthy breakfast food that you can easily make in your own kitchen. Here are simple yet effective steps that you can follow to prepare scrambled eggs:

Start to chop the eggs in the pan using a non-stick utensil. Add milk and continue to fold the uncooked eggs over the butter. Continue for 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Remove from the pan, add cream and continue to stir. Scramble eggs with butter Top tip: use a non-stick frying pan.

Pour Melted Butter And Milk

Pour melted butter and milk into the bottom of the frying pan. Turn the burner on medium or high heat and add curds. Stir regularly to combine the milk mixture with the cheese. Turn off the burner and remove the pan from heat.

In another bowl, beat eggs with milk until fluffy. Add cheese mixture and stir to combine. Heat the nonstick skillet over medium heat. When it is ready, remove from heat and place in cold water.

Boil The Water

Bring the water to a boil and carefully place cheese and butter in a nonstick frying pan. Cover the pan and set aside. Turn the oven on and bring the temperature down to the desired level. Turn off the oven and wait for the cheese and butter to soften.

Scrambled eggs can be baked in a hot oven or on a griddle. Be sure not to overheat the pan or you will end up with runny yolks instead of fully cooked eggs. Remove the pan from heat once the egg whites are set. Carefully wipe the yolk from the board using a damp sponge or rag. Scrambling the yolk can help it to fully set, resulting in a better quality piece of scrambled eggs.

Prevent From Burning

If using a saucepan, be sure that the heat is at the proper level to prevent burning. If using a wok or skillet without an intense heat setting, heat the oil to a gentle simmer and stir in the ingredients. Be sure to stir constantly to avoid scorching.

When the eggs have finished cooking, remove them from the heat. Uncover the skillet and allow them to cool slightly. Using a spatula, gently crack and peel the cheese onto a plate. Wait three to four minutes to allow the cheese to fully set, then carefully remove it from the pan.

Heating The Butter

In order to make scrambled eggs with no oil, start by heating the butter to medium high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the onions and sauteed for about two minutes. Remove the sauteed onions and put the eggs into the pan. Continue to heat the butter until the eggs begin to set (around 150 degrees F).

Turn the stove off and place the skillet into a pot with a lid. Bring the pot to a boil and cover for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and place the skillet into the oven on the lowest rack. Once the skillet is hot enough, turn the oven on and bring the pot back to a simmer.

Keep Uncooked Egg Raw On The Bottom

Scrambled eggs are best when they are still cold. To achieve this temperature target, make sure the eggs are not overloaded with water. Gently slide in the uncooked cheese and continue to heat the cheese until it begins to set. Once it begins to set, immediately remove it from the heat source and place it on a plate. The cheese should be fully set by the time it reaches room temperature. The uncooked egg should look slightly raw on the bottom, but if you taste any raw overtones, immediately heat the cheese again to remove the raw flavor.

When the eggs are completely cool, gently crack them with a butter knife or the end of a measuring spoon. Using a wet towel, wipe the knife or spoon clean before finishing the crackling process. Scrambled eggs can be served as is or used in a variety of different recipes. My favorite scrambled egg dish is French toast. Take a slice of the buttery toast and spread a half of the cheese over the bread and begin to fold the toast over.

You may also heat some crackers to prepare for additional ingredients or bake some muffin or tortillas for a breakfast treat. When the cheese begins to set, add the rest of the ingredients and heat them in the microwave for about thirty seconds.

Final Verdict

By incorporating less oil and butter into their diets, many people can enjoy the rich taste of this classic food while staying within their daily dietary requirements.
