2 tbsp. avocado

1 piece of your favorite bread

1 tortilla

4-5 pieces of lettuce

½ a cucumber, sliced into strips

2 tbsp. yellow mustard

Juice from half a lemon

In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the salad until everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the dressing until everything is evenly combined.
